Capital CBT is a team of Psychotherapists and Psychologists offering psychological therapy on a one to one basis. We offer a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, EMDR and Mindfulness. These approaches are effective evidence based forms of psychotherapy recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence. Our team of psychologists are all chartered and registered practitioners and our CBT therapist is BABCP accredited. With only 16 BABCP accredited CBT therapists (March 2014 figures) in Cardiff and few EMDR practitioners in South Wales we can offer a much needed service.
