    Our mental well being is incredibly important but often it is the part of our wellbeing that gets ignored or pushed to the side. Mental health problems impact 1 in 4 of us. Unfortunately, mental health problems can have a negative impact upon our day to day lives. Some of these problems include:

    My aim is to provide evidence based psychological therapy, specifically CBT and EMDR. These approaches are effective evidence-based forms of psychotherapy recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence. Seeking support is a big step and I appreciate this.Combining evidence-based therapy with warmth and genuineness is imperative to my practice. I aim to provide you with a friendly, safe and relaxed environment to allow you to be able to talk openly and freely.
